When you contact Whatever the Weather Counselling, I only collect the information needed to respond to your enquiry and, if we decide to work together, to provide counselling safely and professionally.

Your personal information is kept securely and treated with respect. I will never share it with anyone unless I have your permission, or I am legally or ethically required to do so, for example where there is a serious risk of harm or a legal obligation to disclose information.

As a registered counsellor, I discuss my work with a qualified clinical supervisor. Anything shared in supervision is anonymised so that you cannot normally be identified.

You have the right to ask what information I hold about you, request corrections where appropriate, and raise any concerns about how your information is used. If you have a question or complaint about your personal data, please contact me in the first instance and I will do my best to resolve it promptly.
