Being fearful can sometimes be healthy - think of the necessary care you take crossing the road, or handling a hot pan for example.
But when we see everything through fearful eyes - we have a problem. We aren't built as humans to be on red alert 100% of the time.
We need a balance.
We need to listen to our inner voice that may warn us, but we also listen to our inner strength too.
We tend to be stronger & braver than we ever imagined we could be - if we just give ourselves the chance to face the fear and do it anyway.
