Why am I so sad?

I'm extremely mindful during this period of mourning for the Queen, the triggers it can create for own grief. It can stir up past emotions and experiences. Things may rise to the surface, that we had hidden long ago. Unshed tears may begin to fall. However you are feeling, be mindful of how the constant tv coverage could be affecting you. Go to places where you can safely connect with your own grief and talk to others about how you feel. And if you need help, please ask for it.
