Why do I need boundaries?

Writer's picture: Rachel MatthewsRachel Matthews

A boundary is a limit or space between you and the other person; a clear place where you begin and the other person ends.

In order to protect ourselves we sometimes need to step away. Say no. Set time limits. Let people know what feels acceptable to you.

Because you are important too and don't want to be burnt out.
